1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Pets Point, concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
2. Veterinary Services
All veterinary services are provided by qualified professionals. However, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Emergency services are subject to availability and staff capacity.
- Appointments are recommended to ensure timely service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any aggressive animal that poses a threat to our staff.
- Payment is due at the time of service.
3. Boarding Policies
To ensure the safety of all pets in our care, the following conditions must be met for boarding:
- Vaccinations: Proof of up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, etc.) must be provided.
- Health: Pets must be free of ticks, fleas, and contagious diseases.
- Behavior: We do not accept pets with a history of extreme aggression.
4. Product Returns
Perishable Goods: Food and treats cannot be returned once opened, unless there is a quality defect.
Accessories: Unused accessories with original tags may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
