2. Veterinary Services

All veterinary services are provided by qualified professionals. However, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Emergency services are subject to availability and staff capacity.

• Appointments are recommended to ensure timely service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any aggressive animal that poses a threat to our staff.
• Payment is due at the time of service.

3. Boarding Policies

To ensure the safety of all pets in our care, the following conditions must be met for boarding:

• Vaccinations: Proof of up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, etc.) must be provided.
• Health: Pets must be free of ticks, fleas, and contagious diseases.
• Behavior: We do not accept pets with a history of extreme aggression.

4. Product Returns

Perishable Goods: Food and treats cannot be returned once opened, unless there is a quality defect.

Accessories: Unused accessories with original tags may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
